Once your mobile bill is imported into the central system, based on you company’s policies, the bill can be separated and distributed to multiple sites, divisions, cost centres and employees automatically, dramatically reducing the administration costs and processing.

Bill Distribution Levels and Reports.
1) Multiple Sites: For organisations that have more than one site, once the mobile bill is important into the central system it will be separated and distributed to the site mangers giving details of expenditure at the following levels:
- Overall site expenditure report.
- Divisional expenditure report.
- Cost centre/department expenditure report.
2) Divisional Level: For organisations that have more than one division, the bill can be distributed to the divisional managers with the following reports:
- Overall divisional expenditure report.
- Cost centre/department report.
3) Cost Centres/Departments: Department managers will receive the following reports:
- Overall expenditure report.
- Individual expenditure reports for all employees within the department. These reports can be separated into the following categories:
a) Known business numbers called during peak time.
b) Un-Known numbers called during peak time.
c) Know business numbers called off peak & weekends.
d) Un-known numbers called off-peak & weekends.
e) Premium rated calls.
f) Full SMS breakdown.
4) Employees: Each employee will receive a copy of their monthly bill which can be separated as above.
